Acceptance
By using World Radio Central you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You can use WRC without an account. To favourite stations, see your listening history, or subscribe to the newsletter, you need to create one. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service. Do not attempt to scrape it at industrial scale, attempt to break our authentication, or use it to harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Stations and streams
World Radio Central is a directory. We do not host, operate, or have any control over the radio stations we link to. The streams themselves belong to the broadcasters. When you press play, you are listening to a stream served directly by the station. We do not guarantee that any particular stream will be available at any particular time.
If you are a broadcaster and would like a station removed from our directory, email hello@worldradiocentral.com and we will action it promptly.
Intellectual property
The WRC name, design, editorial writing, and code are ours. Station artwork, names, and descriptions remain the property of their respective broadcasters and are used to describe and link to them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running but we cannot guarantee uptime, the availability of any particular stream, or that the service will be free of bugs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using WRC at any time. You can delete your account by emailing us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
